The original Tennessee Straight Whiskey blend created by Master Maker & Blender, J. Arthur Rackham, aka Daddy Rack. This award-winning Tennessee Straight Whiskey is made from high grade Level 1 corn from local farmers, distilled and aged for 3 years in lightly toasted barrels and then finally double mellowed through maple charcoal for a pure, smooth and complex finish.

All corn sourced from local farmers; Columbia Tennessee, 80% Level 1 Corn, 10% Rye, 10% Malted Barley.

Aged for 3 years in new American oak barrels, lightly toasted (Char Level 3). Double mellowed through maple charcoal, hand finished, double charcoal filtered.

Light golden amber. A nose of maple, honey, light oak and caramelised banana. Smooth and buttery mouthfeel, roasted apple and banana fruit leads onto vanilla and a hint of nutmeg. A rich warm finish with notes of salted popcorn.
