• 2oz Daddy Rack

• Cola, chilled

• Garnish with lemon or lime

Pour ingredients into an ice filled glass. Stir and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

• 1.5oz Daddy Rack

• 0.33oz Creme de Peche Liqueur

• 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice

• 30oz Soda

Pour ingredients into an ice filled glass. Stir and garnish with a slice or twist of fresh lemon.

An elegant twist on a classic silky Whisky Sour.

• 2oz Daddy Rack

• 0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

• 0.5oz Egg White (Optional)

Add Daddy Rack, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again, strain into a glass and garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters and an orange or lemon twist.

OLD FASHIONED

A timeless classic for the stylishly simple moments.

• 1.5oz Daddy Rack

• 1 Sugar Cube

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Place sugar cube in an old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of mineral water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice and add Daddy Rack, garnish with a fresh orange twist.

THE MINT JULEP

For those sunny days at the races.

• 2oz Daddy Rack

• 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar

• 0.25oz Simple syrup

• 8 Fresh Mint Leaves

• Angosutura bitters

Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup, add Daddy Rack and pack the glass with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted, top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint sprigs and a few drops of bitters.

THE SWEET MANHATTAN

A fashionable mix of Tennessee Whiskey & Italian vermouth.

• 2oz Daddy Rack

• 1oz Sweet Vermouth

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• 1 dash Orange bitters

Add the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with a cherry.

• Maple Syrup to sweeten

• Whipped Cream

Add Daddy Rack into a coffee glass, add a touch of maple syrup to sweeten, top with a premium brew coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.

A shot and chaser…

• 1.5oz Daddy Rack

• 1.5oz Pickle Brine

Add Daddy Rack to a shot glass, add pickle brine into a shot glass, drink the whiskey and use the pickle brine as a chaser.
